I hired GNB Builders Inc. to renovate and put an addition on my existing home on Glen Lake. We have always loved the lakefront location of our home but with four of us living in a little over 1000 square feet - with one bathroom - the house needed to better match our needs. I would not have known where to start without Greg from GNB Builders. He involved our entire family in the process of developing the new plan, asking each of my teenage daughters what was important to them and what they wanted. Working with our wish list Greg brought back a first draft of the home plans. It was amazing, Greg welcomed a few adjustments to the plan, and we are now in the permit stage. Our project entails adding a second floor, removing walls on the original floor, new flooring, a new kitchen, two additional full bathrooms , a new laundry room, and updating the exterior character of our house. We are all excited and feel positive about our decision. We definitely trust our builder to make our home the place we have dreamed about. When we first considered ways to meet our housing needs, we almost purchased a new home that GNB Builders had built in Victoria, but now we are very pleased with our decision to renovate and remain on our cherished property.
